•  To provide legal advice on the protection of trademarks, patents, copyright, business secrets, and proprietary rights and assist clients to establish secret regulations and contracts.
•  To attend important meeting as a nonvoting delegate and give legal advice time.
•  To issue legal letters in the name of counselor.
•  To provide legal training for clients' employees.
•  To participate in investment in advance and provide legal services concerned.
•  To make plans to deal with the bad debt according to the financial information.
•  To attend the important business negotiation and give legal advice.
•  To introduce clients the laws and regulations made by central government and local governments.
•  To assist the clients to establish the department of law and supervise their routine work.
